Mentorship

"A mentor empowers a person to see a possible future and believe it can be obtained." Shawn Hitchcock

Innova Physical Therapy lives, grows and shapes the future of our practice through the shared and collective knowledge of our staff. Innova sets the bar extremely high for all that we do. No effort is spared with in-service training, case studies, continuing education courses and cross treatment of our patients.

Innova is sought out by post graduate physical therapists as an elite place to pursue Fellowship training and professional mentorship. Bret Swigard leads Innova's teaching arm as a faculty member of the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (NAIOMT), a Fellowship Instructor and a Certification Examiner for the Institute. He is a certified Advanced Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association and a specialty course instructor for the NAIOMT. In addition to this list of superior credentials is Bret's recent appointment as a Dr. Linda-Joy Lee Certified Practitioner in ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™.

Bret offers one on one mentorship in the clinic, oral practical preparation, fellowship instruction, and study groups. Contact Bret if you have any questions regarding professional mentorship. bswigard@innovaphysicaltherapy.com
