I am so passionate about helping others recover from injury and optimize their life. I approach each individual from a holistic perspective in order to tailor their treatment.

My experience is in treating a wide variety of conditions and injuries. I also specialize in:

  • Pediatric sports and performing arts related injuries
  • Erlos-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility
  • Dance specific physical therapy and pointe evaluations
  • Temporomandibular disorders (TMD)
  • Orthotics
  • Complex patient cases and chronic pain

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons and staying active with yoga.
