Innova is happy to announce the launch of our new Seattle clinic, located in West Lake.
1700 Westlake Ave N. Seattle WA 98109, Suite 400

I am originally from West Virginia *cue Country Roads* and attended West Virginia University where I received a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a B.A. in Dance. I have been dancing since I was 2 years old and like in any sport, I had a few injuries along the way. Throughout high school and college I noticed that my peers and I struggled to find medical providers that understood the demands on our bodies as athletes and performing artists. So, I decided to be a part of the solution and pursued my DPT at the University of Colorado. Following graduation I did travel physical therapy where I took contracts across the US for 3-6 months at a time to gain experience in different clinics while also getting to experience different parts of the country. These diverse experiences helped me to establish my treatment style that prioritizes the patient as a unique individual. I like to adjust my approach according to what works best for the patient, their needs, and their preferences. I continue to have a special interest in working with dancers as well as cheerleaders, gymnasts, ice skaters, artistic swimmers, and other athletes. But I am also passionate about helping all people return to the things that mean the most to them!

Outside of the clinic you can find me dancing, thrifting, exploring Seattle, finding live music, or spending time with friends and family!
