Michelle Spore of CollabFitness has partnered with Innova to offer a unique yoga and personal training program specifically for Innova’s patients – the Sustainable Health Program. This unique yoga and personal training program can be a beneficial next step as a return to health after treatment.
This program continues the work that patients and therapists have done by adding yoga and personal training as you return to movement. The documented benefits of quality yoga and exercise practices are extensive and may include:
Adapting to clients’ needs, goals and abilities, Michelle offers both private and small group sessions and classes for both beginners and those returning to yoga and exercise.
Enjoyable, balanced private yoga sessions can include Vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative practices customized to your individual needs and goals. Private personal training offers a variety of safe and effective strength and conditioning training practices, targeted to your fitness goals. With your therapist’s approval, Michelle offers private sessions for special conditions such as those with minor injuries, post-surgical recovery or pre- and post-natal individuals. Private, one-on-one sessions are best for: special conditions; personalized training and education; time constraints; beginners or beginning again.
Our small group yoga and exercise fitness classes are meant to be engaging and full of practical knowledge and fun movement. Small group yoga classes address the common needs of those new or returning to yoga and exercise.
Our six-week Beginner’s Yoga series (or Beginning Again!) offers vital knowledge on the fundamentals of a sound yoga practice. Group yoga classes may also include Pre/Post-Natal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair and Office Yoga.
Our Small Group Exercise Training series are active exercise classes designed to help build and establish sound movements that translate into a lifetime of fitness. These classes can include: The Fundamentals of Exercise and Strength Training and Intermediate Circuit Strength Training. We also offer special workshops to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of yoga, exercise and overall health.
Class and workshops announcements will occur periodically. Group classes (2-8 participants): $40/person per 60 minutes session.
