Innova is committed to cooperation, collaboration and effective communication. We are honored to support you and your patients. We will act as your eyes and ears and will keep you informed.

Simple referral process - Just fax your referral to us with the patient's phone number. We will call the patient to help them schedule. We also support the patient by doing an insurance authorization and benefits verification.. After the initial evaluation, the Physical Therapist will fax the referring provider their assessment with the mutually agreed upon plan of care.

We offer above industry standard 60-minute-long appointments, 1 on 1 with a Physical Therapist. We do not use aides or assistants.

Innova only employs specialized providers with advanced manual therapy certification.
