Working with the Muscular Dystrophy Association ignited my passion for physical therapy, setting me on a course to pursue a career in the diverse profession. My professional journey has been dedicated to helping patients reach their full functional potential.

With somatic science and artistry, I provide meaningful contact using evidence-based practice and experience. I believe that attentive care with individualized and targeted treatments is best facilitated in a dynamic and fun environment.

My treatment embodies the philosophy of addressing the whole person by resetting dysfunctional movement patterns through treating soft tissue restrictions. By reinforcing motion and function with manual therapy, reloading the system, and integrating dynamic control and functional movements, I provide a comprehensive rehabilitation experience. Interventions that I incorporate include myofascial decompression and release techniques, combined with the extensive mentorship training techniques that I have received in Connect Therapy. This allows me to work seamlessly with my enthusiastic team at Innova to reach treatment outcomes for each patient.

Outside of the clinic, my husband, son, and I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, and planning our next Rocky Mountain Road trip. We regularly hike with our vizsla, Juniper, around our Issaquah neighborhood. I would consider myself an amateur mixologist and love sharing new cocktails with friends. I feel fortunate and blessed to live in such a beautiful area of Washington with so many outdoor activities at our fingertips.
