Innova is happy to announce the launch of our new Seattle clinic, located in West Lake.
1700 Westlake Ave N. Seattle WA 98109, Suite 400
I achieved my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and have specialized as a generalist in neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, pediatric, and geriatric fields including working in outpatient physical therapy clinics, nursing homes, schools, rural hospitals and neuro rehab facilities. I enjoy working with patients aged anywhere from young to old and treating the intricate complexities of movement addressing pain and dysfunction from head to toe. I am drawn to working with those overcoming persistent pain through conservative, non-invasive therapeutic methods. I have pursued specialized education in orthopedic physical therapy including obtaining my Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy as well as Spinal Manipulative Therapy through ASPIRE Orthopedic Manual Therapy Institute and am currently a Fellow-in-Training within the same program.
With a background in social work, I strive to provide a holistic approach to overcoming pain and debility by considering the unique experience and perspective of each individual patient, incorporating a variety of treatment strategies and modalities to reduce pain, improve function and enhance movement. I love the complexities of how the human body works, integrating how it's all connected, and educating others to empower them so they are no longer burdened by pain and poor movement.
Away from work, I love to travel, dance, martial arts, horseback riding, and especially spending time with my golden lab hiking and exploring new areas. When I get the chance, I enjoy recharging at my family's ranch in Southeastern Oregon.
