I have over 12 years of orthopedic experience with an extensive background in biomechanics that includes past experience as a massage therapist, college instructor and physical therapist assistant. Prior to earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington, I focused on understanding complex systems by earning two Masters degrees from Rutgers in mathematics & physics.

My clinical interests include chronic pain, pathologies of the neck, spine & jaw (Temporomandibular Disorders). I have worked extensively with working professionals, weekend warriors, active seniors, and athletes at all levels of participation. I also provide custom orthotics and bicycle & backpack fitting.

My treatment philosophy integrates my life experiences and education into an individualized holistic approach. I believe every person is unique and I strive to make each treatment session specific to the individual's goals, lifestyle, and primary physical challenges. I am passionate about helping people reach their highest potential and excited to be a member of the fantastic team here at Innova Physical Therapy.

Away from work, I'm an active father of three wonderful children. With a background in outdoor guiding; being outside is where I spend as much time as possible. You might see me somewhere in the mountains either running, backpacking, rock climbing, snowboarding or biking.
