I have over 8 years of orthopedic experience with an extensive background in biomechanics that includes past experience as a massage therapist, college instructor and physical therapist assistant. Prior to earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington, I focused on understanding complex systems by earning two Masters degrees from Rutgers in mathematics & physics.

My clinical interests include chronic pain, pathologies of the neck, spine & jaw (Temporomandibular Disorders). I have worked extensively with working professionals, weekend warriors, active seniors, and athletes at all levels of participation. I also have experience in foot orthotic fitting; along with bicycle & backpack fitting/adjustment.

My treatment philosophy integrates my life experiences and education into an individualized holistic approach. I believe every person is unique and I strive to make each treatment session specific to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, and primary physical challenges. I am passionate about helping people reach their highest potential and excited to be a member of the fantastic team here at Innova Physical Therapy.

Away from work, I’m an active father of three wonderful children. With a background in outdoor guiding; being outside is where I spend as much time as possible. You might see me somewhere in the mountains either running, backpacking, rock climbing, snowboarding or biking of any kind (motorized or not). Outside of outdoor activities, I enjoy yoga and have many creative outlets such as wood working or learning piano with my children.
