The current healthcare landscape presents significant challenges. To ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization and vision, we have made the difficult decision to close the Seattle Clinic on March 1st, 2025.
I graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, in 2010 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and have been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since.I completed the ConnectTherapy™ Series through Dr. Linda Joy-Lee International in 2016 and earned my Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) certificate from Aspire: An Orthopedic Manual Therapy Institute in 2022.
I believe in a holistic approach to physical therapy that considers not only the physiological impact on the body but also the psychosocial and emotional influences that ultimately influence overall health and wellness.
My practice tends to be heavily manual therapy based with an emphasis on functional movement. I believe that good movement is the foundation to maintaining an active lifelong lifestyle. I also believe that a patient-centered approach to treatment is key in obtaining each individual’s unique and specific activity and/or athletic goals. I am looking forward to continuing to advance my practice skills with emphasis on ConnectTherapy™ and manual therapy, sport-specific rehabilitation, and integrated functional movement.
Health and wellness are not only an underlying theme professionally but also personally. Although I have a strong background in volleyball, I also enjoy trail running, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, cycling, and almost any other, "-ing" activity.
